I found this simple dip recipe on Pinterest. if you’re looking for a good dip to round out a party this is a great one. It only takes a few minutes to prepare but you definitely want to let it sit for an hour or so before serving – to allow the flavor to come through. Warning- this is highly addictive!

Ingredients:

2-8oz packages cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
32 oz jar dill pickles, finely chopped
1/4 cup pickled jalepno peppers, finely chopped
¼ to ½ cup pickle juice
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:

Cream sour cream and cream cheese together.  Add pickles and jalapenos that have been finely chopped to creamed mixture.  Mix in 1/4 to 1/2 c of the pickle juice, add garlic salt to taste.
